That musty smell reaching your living space, sagging floor insulation, and visible mold on joists all trace back to the same root cause: uncontrolled moisture underneath the house.

What "specialized" actually means for crawl space encapsulation at our company — not a marketing word, a set of specific practices.
Training covers venting decisions, dehumidifier sizing, and moisture-source diagnosis before a single sheet of liner goes down.
Most Kelso, TN inspections are scheduled within a day or two of your call.
You'll see a line-item breakdown covering liner, sealing, vent covers, and dehumidifier if recommended.
Dehumidifiers, when installed, are crawl-space-rated units sized to cubic footage, drained to an existing sump or gravity line.
We don't run a one-size-fits-all playbook — every crawl space encapsulation job starts from these core service components, adapted to what your property actually needs.
A complete encapsulation seals the dirt floor, foundation walls, and piers with heavy-gauge polyethylene, cutting off the ground moisture that feeds humidity, mold, and wood rot. This is the baseline fix for most crawl spaces showing chronic humidity above 60 percent.
We seal vents with rigid foam or vent covers as part of a full encapsulation, converting the space to a sealed, conditioned environment.
Even a fully encapsulated space can hold residual moisture from concrete curing, plumbing condensation, or seasonal swings. We size units to cubic footage, not floor area, since ceiling height varies significantly between crawl spaces.
Crawl spaces with a history of standing water need drainage addressed before encapsulation, or the liner just traps water underneath itself.
Prolonged moisture exposure softens floor joists and sill plates well before it's visible from inside the home.
Four steps, start to finish — from the first call to a sealed, humidity-controlled crawl space.
A quick phone triage helps us bring the right liner thickness and dehumidifier sizing to the first visit.
Technicians arrive with moisture meters, a borescope camera, and sample liner material to show what's being proposed.
Pricing is itemized: liner and sealing, vent covers, dehumidifier if recommended, sump work if needed.
We'll walk you through the finished space with a moisture meter so you can see the readings yourself.
